TERMS OF WEBSITE USE AND PURCHASING AGREEMENT

1 This TERMS OF WEBSITE USE AND PURCHASING AGREEMENT explains the full agreement between Value Added Life (Pty) Ltd (VAL) and the user in respect of the use of this website (valueaddedlife.com). Please read this agreement before using valueaddedlife.com. Use of valueaddedlife.com signifies acceptance of this agreement.

2 The products and information included in valueaddedlife.com are provided for informational purposes only and do in no way constitute replacing medical treatment or healthcare advice. Should the user require information regarding treatment alternatives, he/she should consult a doctor or health practitioner. 3 VAL is registered with the South African Medicine Control Council for good manufacturing practices and its products conform to the manufacturing standards prescribed by the Council. Whilst its quality standards fall within the product specifications set out elsewhere on valueaddedlife.com, VAL cannot accept responsibility for any quality outside these specifications or performance claims made on valueaddedlife.com nor does it accept liability for any consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of valueaddedlife.com or its products.

4 As an additional service to users who may require additional information, valueaddedlife.com includes links and references to other websites. VAL accepts no responsibility for any claims of quality, service or performance of products made on any of these websites.

5 All prices on valueaddedlife.com are quoted in South African rand which are valid and effective only within South Africa. For the convenience of purchasers outside South Africa, a currency converter link is provided to convert prices into the preferred currency of the purchaser at rates quoted by the converting website. VAL cannot accept the accuracy of these rates and these conversions will not necessarily reflect the currency rates at the time of authorization of payment. Prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to the invoice price. Purchasers are responsible for the payment of import duties and local sales, value-added and other taxes that may apply in the importing country.

6 Should VAL not be in a position to accept certain orders, it reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse or cancel such orders. VAL may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order and purchasers will be contacted if an order or part thereof is canceled or if additional information is required. Purchasers will not be charged until payment methods are authorized, the order information is verified and orders are shipped. However, should an order be cancelled after the purchaser's credit card has been charged, VAL will credit the amount of the order to his/her credit card

7 VAL reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same credit card and also to orders that use the same invoicing and/or shipping address. VAL reserves the right to refuse sales to dealers. Certain products listed on valueaddedlife.com are not for sale in South Africa.

8 VAL is committed to protecting the privacy of users of valueaddedlife.com who have purchased product, signed up for its newsletter or information requests. VAL does not, nor will it, sell, trade, or give any users' personal information to other companies and/or organizations. However, VAL may use visitors' IP address to help diagnose problems with its server and to administrate valueaddedlife.com.

9 The website uses cookies to keep track of purchasers' shopping cart when purchasing products on valueaddedlife.com. Anyone who wishes to be removed from VAL's mailing lists can do so at any time.

10 All website design, text, graphics, software and other content, are the property of VAL and are protected by South African and international copyright law. Use of materials contained on valueaddedlife.com, including reproduction, modification or distribution, is prohibited.

11 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Should any provision of this agreement be found unlawful or for any reason unenforceable by a South African court of Law, the validity and enforceability of any other provisions of this agreement shall remain intact.
